katie b was fantastic! it was my birthday and although they didn’t have a free dessert birthday special, katie went out of her way to get me one! i have always enjoyed the service and food from kona. avocado rolls are also a must when visiting!

Food was delicious, I am from out of state and always come to Kona when coming to MN! Was missing the sauce due to the sesame oil recall. Sarah was attentive and friendly.

NVery tasty! Wonderful server -Laura was very pleasant and attentive. Happy hour food was good…hint…use the slaw and sauce with every dish. It heightens the taste!

I have never had a bad experience here, but today we had an exceptional time! The food was delicious and everything came out quickly. Our server, Simon, was wonderful. We were having a family dinner, and he was very attentive without hovering. Glasses always full and happy guests. I will be requesting Simon the next time I'm there! Thank you, Simon.

12/11 Update - We decided to give Kona another try after shopping at the mall. We went there for happy hour, and everything was perfect. Our server was very attentive. The managers, Nicole and Emily, came and checked on us throughout our meal as well. We will continue to go back as they are definitely trying hard to right their ship. I, too, went there on Monday 11/10 for the meal they offered veterans. At 6pm, they were out of all steaks but a filet. I figured that’d be a small portion where all the others are 12oz. So I decided to go with the sea bass. I bet it wasn’t bigger than 4oz. See pic. Although I’m appreciative of the gesture and thankful they gave something, it was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t pay $40+ for that on any other night. We used to be Friday HH regulars a couple years ago. It’s sad to see this place go downhill.

Our server, Kati B, was phenomenal! The Miso soup was far the best I've had. It was so fulfilling, and they did not go cheap on the ingredients. The seabass was really good. My husband had the surf and turf and loved it. Our friend tried the carrot cake, and it was huge! We loved the music and the atmosphere!

I had an excellent experience at Kona Grill Eden Prairie! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded my expectations, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!
